Unit Question:How can I be a superhero in my community?
Instructions and Requirements:
Using iMovie, create a movie about you being a superhero in your community.
Create a new wiki page. Name it "iMovie".
Copy and paste this entire page to your wiki.
Use your STYKZ animation, create a new animation, or combine the two together.
Add sound - This includes music and sound effects.
Add transitions.
Add a title at the beginning of your movie, and credits at the end of your movie.
Your movie needs to at least 1 minute long.
When you are finished with your movie, post it on your wikispace. You need to export your movie into a "Tiny" file.
Export your movie to a large file.
Create a DVD of your movie.
You will be graded on Investigate, Create and Attitude. Look at the rubric below!
Investigate: 1. Explain how you can be a superhero to your friends, family, teachers, kids at school: I can help people with their work, help my family, stay after school and help teachers. 2. Explain how you can help people in your community? (List at least 5 things you can do to help people.) I can help friends with their homework. I can spend time with people and help them with what their doing. Help my family with their chores in the house. Help kids learn new things. I can help classmates with their work. 3. What is my STYKZ animation about? It will be about a person helping out people by saving them and bringing them home get the people some food because they have none. 4. Does your animation show how you can help people in your community? I can donate food to the food drive for the poor, give some money to the homeless. 5. Did you need to add on or create a new STYKZ? I am going to add to my old STYKZ. 6. Explain what your new animations are about? My animations are about a hero helping people who have been captured and send them home and show them education so they can leave out themselves and give some food to them so they don't starve. 7. Do the new animations explain how you can help people in your community? Yes it does by helping the homeless find some new homes for them to live in and give some food to them so they can feel good for the person to give food like we do today by donating the food to the homeless. 8. What are the requirements for this assignment?
